I’m Sara, a Mind-Body Healing Coach.

I work with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) who want to live with more ease.

Credentials:

For 6 years, I focused my coaching practice on the psychology of eating and body image.

I worked with hundreds of people on their journeys to move through challenging relationships to food and their bodies. They came to me after trying anything and everything to feel better, mentally and physically. But the harder they forced themselves to change, the worse they would feel - something I was all too familiar with in my own healing journey.

It turned out that many of my clients were HSPs just like me.

They were struggling with dysregulated nervous systems, harsh inner critics, and overactive perfectionism & people pleasing tendencies. As we worked through those challenges, their relationship to not only food & body, but their entire selves, began to completely transform.

As we found healing alongside each other through embracing our sensitivity, I couldn’t ignore the calling I felt to focus my coaching practice specifically on supporting my fellow HSPs.

Today, I bring a unique personal and professional background to my coaching approach that helps my tribe of highly sensitive clients feel alive after a lifetime of just surviving.

With Sara’s guidance, I first identified my inner critic over four years ago. She was controlling my thoughts 24/7 without me recognizing her. She began to control my health, relationships, and social life.

As Sara and I slowly got to the bottom of her motives, I discovered she was trying to protect me from feeling unworthy and unlovable. Meeting her for the first time was like a lightbulb going off.

Doing the work is about learning how to communicate with my inner critic, not ignore her. Even during the weeks when my inner critic seems constraining and controlling, Sara is there as a mitigator to really dive into what she is trying to get out and how I can best respond to her. Because deep down, my true self knows what is deeply nourishing for me and what will allow me to continue to heal.

I am so grateful and blessed to have worked with Sara. Without her, I simply would not be where I am today. My sense of self, confidence levels, and intuition have grown because of the work we’ve done together. She is truly one of the best and I can’t recommend her enough.

How It Works

  • After reviewing your application, if I think we may be a good fit to work together, I will reach out to plan a complimentary 30 minute call where I will get a better understanding of your goals for coaching and answer any questions you might have.

  • When you are ready to move forward, we will schedule out all of your coaching sessions. Sessions take place virtually on Zoom and are 50 minutes long, with the exception of the first session, which is 75-90 minutes.

  • Now the fun begins! In your first session, I will ask you a lot of questions to understand your history, strengths, pain points, and patterns. I will give you my initial insights into what I’m noticing for you, and together we create the blueprint for the rest of your coaching journey.

Imagine If…

  • You felt a profound acceptance for your true self and felt free from trying to be liked by everyone.

  • You could stay calm in overwhelming situations and maintain healthier relationships.

  • You could balance work and self care so that you can achieve your goals without burning out.

  • You had more energy to focus on who and what matters most to you.

  • You felt deeply connected to your body and felt better without trying so hard.

  • You could quiet the anxious, critical chatter in your mind and hear your intuition instead.

I don’t know where to begin in expressing how Sara has changed my life. When I first started working with Sara, I was gripping onto anything that I thought could bring me joy and love. What I didn’t realize was that I had that in myself all along.

Sara helped me to trust in myself and learn to love myself without focusing on external validation. Sara was the first practitioner that made me feel seen and heard. She was the first person to help me realize and break my self-sabotaging habits, but all on my own time. Sara was a safe place for me to feel all of my feelings, after years of pushing them down and being afraid of them. She held so much space for me and made me feel so validated in each and every one of them. Thus, helping me to hold more compassion for myself and validation for my own feelings.

I thought everyday would just be a fight and I was going to live like this forever. Working with Sara allowed me to find freedom in ways I never imagined.
